Roasted Cabbage
Preheat oven to 425 F
Choose a large head of cabbage and cut from top to bottom, making 1 inch thick slices.
Coat a stoneware 9 x 13 inch pan with a heat stable oil; lard, ghee or coconut oil.
Place the slices single layer on the pan and brush melted lard, ghee, or coconut oil onto the slices.

Place pan in oven and set timer to 20 minutes.

The slices are done when the outside layers are toasted brown and the center looks slightly translucent.
Remove from pan, serve, and enjoy the full roasted cabbage flavor.
